Developing an eating plan that allows the body to absorb and utilize it's nutrients, eliminate it's toxic waste, as well as have energy to complete other vital functions is crucial to our well-being.
Many times deeper nutritional therapies in the form of super foods and herbs are needed to guide the body in returning to it's optimal funciton. A band-aid approach to symptoms does not work for the long haul.
Rather an approach to discover the root cause of health issues is necessary. The body has the innate ability to heal itself. This is especially true when the weakest links are supported and guided back to balance and health.
